Balance Complete. Just the cozy, comfy name makes me want to jump back into the womb!
If you are what you eat, don't you want to be Balanced and Complete?? This is the name of the next supplement on my line-up. It is a vanilla cream daily superfood energizer and nutritive cleanse meal replacement powder (whew!). BUT how does it taste???
Oh my gosh. This Balance Complete has made a meal replacement convert out of me! I used to skip breakfast (bad, bad...helps to destroy one's metabolism) so I drink mine for breakfast. It tastes like a caramel shake. You can mix the powder with water or milk (almond, rice, etc.) but the water solution tastes just fine. It keeps me easily satiated until lunch.
One friend who is using Balance Complete loves it, not only for the taste and nutrition, but also because it has given her the gift of time. No more rushing around at lunch hour to do 23 errands and grab a bite to eat. Now she glides through her hour with a shake and peaceful tasks.
