Goji Berries-->wolfberries--->Lycium barbarum and acai berries have been in opposite corners of the boxing ring ever since MonaVie juice was featured on Oprah.
I tried MonaVie juice and it was tasty. Different from Ning Xia Red Juice, but equally tasty. However, I choose to stick with Ning Xia Red Juice because I trust the longevity and experience of the Young Living company. There is no doubt that acai berries (in MonaVie) are healthful, but to flash preserve them in order to provide delivery heat-kills some, if not all, of the enzymes. A whole fruit puree (like the wolfberries in Ning Xia Red Juice) delivers all the enzymes intact.
If the acai berry could be delivered whole, they could be a better choice than wolfberries. BUT acai berries, due to their instability, can not be delivered whole.
Here is an excellent berry to berry comparison study:
Part 1: Acai vs. Goji - Macronutrients
Part 2: Acai vs. Goji - Micronutrients
Part 3: Acai vs. Goji - Phytochemicals
Part 4: Acai vs. Goji - Antioxidant Values
Dr. Berry (no joke!) taking all these components into consideration deems the Goji berry as superior to the Acai berry.
OneHealthyGirl.com recommends Ning Xia Red Juice for your whole food nutrient infusion! Live Light, xo-C.

just to let you know Carla...
Mona Vie has no credible nutritional, the mixture is highly diluted and retains almost no antioxidants. It's success is based upon a very misleading marketing web. Very very few juices retain the original nutritional levels in either Goji or Acai and certainly not in the the Mona Vie or Xing Ria Juice.
Fresh Goji berries and Freeze Dried Acai Powder as the best and really the only proper comparison to eating the fruits fresh.

Just to let you know Luke,
Ningxia Red IS the highest anti-oxidant whole food juice on the ORAC scale. It is 50% Ningxia wolfberry with other high antioxidant foods such as: pomegranants, blueberries, raspberries, theraputic grade essential oils of Lemon and Orange, Apricot and organic Blue Agave nectar (which is low glycemic and great for diabetics).
The whole berry is used...pulp,stem...into a puree. It take 8 bottles of Xango to compare to 1oz of Ningxia. Not to mention all of the minerals it provides for excellent vision, liver, kidney, and cardiovascular health.
Good book to read...Ningxia Wolfberry, The ultimate Super food. Got to Essential Science Publishing.com
Goji Wolfberries are awesome, but Ningxia Wolfberries are the top whole food for optimal antioxidant health. Another good site is wolfberryjuice.com. I have been using Ningxia juice for over a year and can attest to many health benefits in my families lives...
