Hi Carla:

I am 43 years old and have metabolic syndrome (insulin resistance) as well as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I'm also BiPolar and on medication. I have tried so many "diets", I hate that word by the way, and none of them work. Could you suggest anything raw and easy? I love fruit, fish, vegetables and nuts. But I don't know how to plan a menu based on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kristin~ The topic is too lengthy to provide you all the details here, but I would look into the vegan or raw diet (ie: lifestyle) for your needs. A good place to start for resources and information is http://www.veganoutreach.org/guide/. I'm not a fan (nutritional reasons) of tofu and soy milk, so I would use as little as possible, but use other soy products such as organic, whole soy beans, tempeh, miso and natto.

I know you are affiliated with Young Living. I am not and get my oils from different source. Bbut what is more important is that we eat more natural things and less man made things.
